Our Manufacturing Facilities

Bennett Building Systems, Tennille, Georgia

Our first manufacturing facility in Tennille, Georgia is located in the central part of the state in Washington County, which is approximately halfway between Macon and Augusta, Georgia.  Our location provides us with an exceptional ability to distribute product to Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Completion of our 62,500 square foot building took place in July 2008. The building was constructed by Harper and Company Builders, Douglas, Georgia.

The plant layout is designed multiple production lines, with the majority of the raw materials being fed to the lines from common areas. We have the capacity to produce 100 buildings per day with all production lines in operation.  The size and design of the facility will allow us to be diverse in construction techniques, processes, product specifications and design. Currently, we have a reception area, three offices, and are operating one production line. Additional lines will become operational as our distribution and orders dictate.

One note of interest is the “white” plant interior. This provides a clean and efficient atmosphere that almost everyone who visits the facility recognizes. The facility also includes the ability, through extensive venting, fans, and mounted strip heaters, to maintain a comfortable work environment at all times. We have significant acreage that is completely fenced for the protection of our facility and finished goods.

We are very proud of our facility and take considerable pride in organization and cleanliness. The individual and collective ownership of our associates in the day to day operation and work processes has a direct impact on the quality of our products.

Bennett Steel Structures, Augusta, Georgia

Bennett Building Systems’ second manufacturing facility is located near the regional airport in Augusta, Georgia.  Here, all of our custom-built, steel framed buildings are manufactured and staged onto special trailers for delivery to our customers.  All roll forming and metal fabrication is performed at the Augusta facility.
