Flexible Payment Options
While many customers pay for their building in full, Bennett Building Systems also makes easy financing plans available if you would like to spread your payment over time. We offer two programs to help pay for your building depending on the size of the building, your financial situation, and your desired terms.
Payment in Full
- 10% deposit is required at the time of order.
- Complete payment is due to the installer upon delivery and sign-off of satisfactory installation of your building.

Easy Financing
For customers with good to fair credit, we offer a risk based financing program that offers $0 down payment with terms that can be spread from 24 to 72 months. Interest rates are generally less than the rent-to-own program. Penalties do apply for early pay-off

- Must be a Homeowner
- Minimum $1500/month verifiable income
- Debt to income ratio that supports payment amount
- EasyPay / ACH automatic payment program is required
For customers with poor credit, no credit, or who wish to spread out payments on their building without carrying credit, we offer a convenient rent-to-own option. Your building would be owned by our Rent-to-Own provider. At the end of your term, you own the building.
